Bade Toprak is turning a problem she encountered in fashion consultancy into a US operating business. Horizon.Hub, which she says she launched with co-founder Mert Güçlü in summer 2026, aims to handle American marketplace sales and fulfilment for European fashion, beauty and home brands that do not have a local team.

The company, identified in its newsroom submission as based in Istanbul with a US presence in Miami, says it runs marketplace accounts, product listings, inventory, fulfilment and reporting. Its model centres on a Florida warehouse that it describes as its own, allowing clients to sell under their existing brand names without establishing a US entity, according to the company.

From advising brands to operating for them

Toprak’s background spans more than 10 years in international fashion across Paris, Milan, London, New York and Seoul, according to her submitted biography. She founded fashion brand consultancy Suun Studio and has worked as a marketplace consultant advising brands on US retail integrations. Horizon.Hub extends that work from advice into responsibility for day-to-day execution.

“For years I helped brands get into US retail as a consultant, and I kept seeing the same thing: great European brands with real demand from American customers, but no team, warehouse or retailer relationships on the ground,” Toprak said in her submission to Scaling in America.

“Consulting was not enough, they needed someone to actually run the US business for them.”

That distinction is central to the venture’s positioning. Rather than provide an entry plan for a brand to implement itself, Horizon.Hub says it takes on channel onboarding, logistics, marketplace management and performance reporting. Its website also includes Shopify operations within the service, while brands retain responsibility for their products and identity.

A local operation without a local team

The US move matters because the business is built around doing work on the ground, not simply advising from overseas. The Florida warehouse is intended to connect inventory and fulfilment with the management of American sales channels. For prospective clients, the proposition is to outsource those functions rather than assemble a separate US team and operating structure.

Horizon.Hub’s website names Nordstrom, Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Urban Outfitters, Revolve, Wolf & Badger, Lyst and Not Just A Label among the channels it says it manages. Those references describe the company’s stated channel coverage; the supplied materials do not establish formal partnerships with those businesses or guarantee that a client will secure a listing.

Channel selection is also part of its pitch. The company says it starts with a brand’s existing price tier, customer and positioning, then chooses a US channel mix around them. That frames American expansion as more than a distribution exercise: the choice of retail environment is meant to preserve how a brand is presented alongside products US shoppers already know.

An execution-led proposition, still to be demonstrated

The target customer is an established business rather than an untested label. Horizon.Hub says it seeks brands with proven products, meaningful home-market revenue and enough production capacity to support another market. It also advertises growth services including wholesale outreach, trade events, trunk shows, public relations and paid marketing, extending its proposed remit beyond getting products listed.

The supplied materials do not name clients or provide sales results, warehouse capacity or commercial terms. Toprak’s consultancy background therefore provides the founder’s rationale for the model, rather than evidence of Horizon.Hub’s own operating track record. Its test will be whether combining retail account management and fulfilment can turn the demand she describes into sustained US business for its clients.
