Swiss dental company vVardis files for U.S. IPO after revenue triples
Swiss dental company vVardis has filed for a New York Stock Exchange listing after first-half revenue more than tripled to $28.6 million.

Swiss dental technology company vVardis is preparing to tap the American public markets after a period of rapid revenue growth and commercial expansion in the United States.
The company publicly filed for an initial public offering on October 9, 2026 and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the proposed ticker VVVV.
From Swiss dental innovation to the U.S. public markets
vVardis was founded by Swiss dentist sisters Haley Abivardi and Goly Abivardi. The company develops products designed to treat early-stage dental cavities without conventional drilling.
Its Curodont technology is designed to support the remineralization of early tooth decay, positioning the company at the intersection of professional dental care and preventive consumer health.
Revenue more than triples
The IPO filing reveals a sharp acceleration in vVardis' financial performance. Revenue reached $28.6 million during the first half of 2026, compared with $9.1 million during the same period in 2025.
That represents approximately 214% year-over-year revenue growth. The company remains loss-making, although its net loss narrowed to $27.8 million from $32.1 million a year earlier.
First-half financial performance
- Revenue: $28.6 million in H1 2026 versus $9.1 million in H1 2025
- Revenue growth: approximately 214%
- Net loss: $27.8 million in H1 2026 versus $32.1 million in H1 2025
A significant U.S. dental footprint
The American market is already central to the vVardis story. According to the IPO filing, the company's products had been sold to more than 20,000 general dental practices in the United States by June 30, 2026.
The filing estimates that there are approximately 110,000 general dental practices in the country. That means vVardis has already reached a meaningful share of its potential U.S. professional customer base ahead of becoming a public company.
Backed by major healthcare investors
vVardis was valued at more than $1 billion in an April 2026 financing round.
Its investors include healthcare investment firm OrbiMed, dental support organization Heartland Dental and affiliates of Apollo Global Management.
Why it matters
vVardis is an unusually advanced example of a European healthcare company scaling into America. Rather than approaching the U.S. as a future growth opportunity, the Swiss-founded company has already built substantial distribution across American dental practices before seeking a New York listing.
The IPO would give vVardis access to U.S. public capital at a point when its revenue is growing rapidly but the business is still investing heavily enough to remain loss-making.
For European founders, the trajectory is notable: Swiss-developed technology, large-scale U.S. commercial adoption, institutional American backing and now a proposed NYSE listing.
